2. Service Description

Valentra provides vehicle record verification and insurance document generation services. We verify authenticity of submitted documents using QR code technology and secure cryptographic verification. Our platform generates official motor vehicle liability certificates and maintains tamper-proof verification records.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Promptly updating your account information when it changes
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized account access

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security features
• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Upload viruses, malware, or any malicious code

5. Insurance Services

Valentra facilitates the generation of motor vehicle liability certificates on behalf of licensed insurance providers. We are not an insurance company and do not underwrite or issue insurance policies. All insurance coverage is subject to the terms and conditions of the underlying insurance policy issued by the licensed insurer.

6. Verification Records

Verification records and QR codes generated by Valentra are intended to confirm document authenticity. While we use secure cryptographic methods, no verification system is infallible. Verification results should be considered alongside other due diligence measures.

7. Limitation of Liability

Valentra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Valentra, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the property of Valentra or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service, is harmful to other users, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Valentra operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
